On October 10, 2019 H.E. Mr. Valery Utkin, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Namibia, had an appointment with Hon. Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of International Relations and Cooperation of the Republic of Namibia.
A number of issues of the Russian-Namibian cooperation was discussed.
