Mr. Dmitry Lobach, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Namibia, signed the book of condolences opened on the tragic death of President Ebrahim Raisi, Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian and other Iranian officials in the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Namibia.
